Daniel Lobb is a Hampshire-based artist, specialising in large-scale outdoor sculptures and installations.
Daniel’s caravan-based installations, ‘The Grange’ and ‘Rose Cottage’ have widely featured in newspapers, magazines and on television, with appearances on BBC’s Top Gear and Blue Peter. Most recently ‘The Grange’ has been touring festivals with ‘The House of Fairy Tales’, a non-profit organisation, set up by artists Gavin Turk and Deborah Curtis, which celebrates and promotes creative education.
Daniel’s conceptual show garden, ‘Landscape Obscured’, at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2011 was awarded a gold medal and best in category.
As well as creating art work, Daniel works as a lecturer in life drawing, sculpture and 3D design at the well-respected Arts University College Bournemouth.
Daniel runs a variety of workshops for children of all ages within schools, making large-scale papier mache structures and recycled material sculptures, also delivering adult workshops in life drawing and sculpture.
